As a Recruitment Support you will support the end-to-end sales and corporate recruitment process, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and administrative coordination. You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure accurate processing of candidate journeys and provide support wherever needed.

This position is ideal for someone with initial recruitment experience who is detail-oriented, comfortable with administrative and repetitive tasks, and motivated to be a dependable support for the team.


Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Support:

* Sourcing candidates through online job portals
* Managing job postings and incoming CVs
* Coordinating assessments and maintaining the recruitment system
* Supporting phone or video interviews when internal needs arise
* Providing general administrative support across a variety of tasks

They are a global leader in automation industry responsible for delivering high-precision and innovative products to companies worldwide.


What are we looking for?

* Clear communication skills and strong time management abilities
* High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
* Experience in recruitment field (e.g. with screening, sourcing, interviewing) and in candidate sourcing on various platforms
* First working experience in an administrative-focused position, experience in recruitment is a strong plus.
* Business-level proficiency in English and one of following languages: Dutch, Czech, Polish, Romanian, German, or Slovak.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office, specifically in Excel
* Willing to take on a temporary assignment of at least 6 months, with a possible extension up to 18 months
