Your new role As a Customer Service representative, you are a key player in managing and monitoring your client portfolio. You handle the entire customer process, from managing offers to after-sales service, including order entry and delivery organization. Your role involves close collaboration with internal teams, including production, transport, and planning, to ensure operational fluidity and an optimal experience. You also maintain good commercial relationships and actively contribute to the implementation of more structured work processes. Finally, you are the point of contact for clients and sales representatives to answer questions and find solutions in case of problems. Your profile You are fluent in Dutch, German, and/or English. Knowledge of French is an asset. You have a strong interest in technical sectors. You have an analytical mind, are proactive, and solution-oriented. You are comfortable with computer tools (Office 365, ERP). Knowledge of SAP is an asset. You have similar experience in an equivalent position.
