Voor onze klant regio Waregem kijken we uit naar een gedreven internal sales om zich te ontfermen over de Italiaanse markt! Together with the sales team, you are responsible for the sale of spare parts and for further developing our customer base in the Netherlands, Flanders, and the United Kingdom. You report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with your colleague in the field, Michiel. In this role, you will: Maintain daily contact with B2B customers: prospecting, following up on quotations, confirming orders, promoting monthly deals, and providing product advice. You also handle incoming calls and emails. Take care of the administrative processing of these contacts: preparing offers, entering orders, requesting information from the purchasing team, and so on. You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, enabling you to offer our customers professional and efficient service. With your commercial drive and customer focus, you actively contribute to the growth of the Parts department in your markets. You have previous experience in a commercial position and understand the sales process from prospecting to order handling. You are both a confident communicator and a good listener, able to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
