About the Role
We are looking for a talented, and skilled Microsoft SharePoint & Teams Engineer to join our End User Collaboration squad. As part of the End User Tribe within Euroclear’s Group Technology Services division, our mission is to make Euroclear a great place to work by delivering a digitally enabled, unified, and cost-effective collaboration space.
This space includes Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and unified communications (voice & video), alongside legacy tools. The role focuses on supporting and evolving our SharePoint and collaboration platforms to meet business needs securely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver subject matter expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and M365 collaboration tools.
2. Design and implement SharePoint sites, agents, and governance models.
3. Maintain documentation: architecture, system configurations, governance standards, training materials.
4. Support 2nd and 3rd level operations, including watch duty rotations.
5. Stay current with M365 roadmap, releases, and third-party solutions.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders across divisions, tribes, and squads.
7. Contribute to quarterly planning and agile delivery practices.
Required Skills & Experience
8. Minimum 5 years of experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and M365.
9. Strong understanding of collaboration governance, access rights, and automation.
10. Experience in highly secured environments with strict process adherence.
11. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
12. Certifications in Microsoft 365, or related areas are a strong asset.
13. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and risk awareness.
14. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
15. Agile methodology experience.
16. English mandatory, Polish is an asset.
Nice to Have
17. Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms.
18. Experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Outlook, and PowerAutomate.
19. Familiarity with tools like Syskit, Azure DevOps.
Please note that this is a permanent position and we do not offer freelance/contract arrangement for the role.
Please note that in-person presence in the office - at least 8-times per month is required.
