SCOPE:
* You are responsible for developing, driving (being the catalyst), and executing customer/brand plans to ensure product uptake and growth
* The role combines customer-facing activities with close internal cross-functional collaboration at the local and regional level
* The position requires an ability to prioritize work due to split responsibilities between several products and the ability to work independently.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Engage with internal team:
* Effectively develop cross-functional relationships with all Brand team members to successfully develop and execute customer plans.
* Engage Sales Representatives to gather input, enhance materials, and transfer knowledge via brand ambassadors.
* Maintain active collaboration with International/Global teams to implement and translate global strategies into the Be/Lux reality.
External focus:
* Staying connected with the customer is a must.
* Gather external market and customer insights to tailor the strategy into local Belgian strategic implementation.
* Respond continuously and effectively to customer needs.
* Collaborate with Patient Advocacy Groups
Tactical implementation:
* Focus on implementation on adding value to the customer (HCP, caregiver, patient) and measure success.
* Frequently monitor plan execution and customer-facing activities to emphasize or change strategy if needed
* Benchmark with colleagues from other countries to optimize or reutilize local tactics.
Required Experience & Skills
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Medical Sciences, or Business.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharma marketing at a pharma or biotech company is required.
* Fluency in in English + Dutch and/or French
* High level of enthusiasm for pharmaceutical marketing and a clear customer-oriented/end-user vision.
* Ambition to learn, excel, and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong focus on priorities with the ability to deliver on time and manage complexity.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to lead several projects at the same time.
* Knowledge of channel mix options and e-channel alternatives.
* Ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
* Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
