What will you be doing:
Rewards Europe People Team is looking for a dynamic, motivated intern with a go-getter mentality!
The Rewards People Team develops ambitious projects around all different and important facets of human resources. We deal with crucial rewards themes such as compensation, benchmarking, benefits, contact model, employee engagement, onboarding,…
During an internship at the Rewards People Team we give you the chance to make an impact and to make your own mark, all of this of course with the support and coaching from your People Team colleagues. Because internships are followed from start to finish within AB InBev, you, as our intern will have the opportunity to get in touch with all different kind of facets of Rewards. Don't worry about your internship being about getting coffee or just putting a business on your resume. An internship with us is about teaching you something and making sure it's a fun and comprehensive testing ground to develop your professional skills.

Your tasks:
• Be part of several projects,including data analysis and project management follow-up
• Assist in building communication for HR-related topics. Bring out your best writing pen and PowerPoint skills!
• Enhance the overall employee experience in terms of information sharing, communication handling, onboarding, etc.
• Proactively share your ideas to help improve several HR topics
Maybe also be good for you to know, who we are exactly looking for:
• Education: bachelor's or master's degree related to Human Resources / Management (this will be considered as a plus).
• Since we are working in such an international environment, an advanced level of English is required.
• You speak fluent Dutch or French
• You want to learn a lot and also do a lot. Curiosity and hands-on mentality are highly appreciated!
• Organizational capacity and priority management skills are on top of your list.
• Good analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel are always an advantage!
• Relationship builder - strong interpersonal and communication skills: building relationships, ability to listen, and communicate clearly.
• Able to manage confidential information with proper discretion. We need to be able to count you!
• Dream big and never satisfied attitude.
