📌 The Role: Consolidation & Reporting Analyst
📍 Location: Antwerp HQ – hybrid (2 days/week remote)
🧭 Reporting to: Senior Consolidation Specialist
In this role, you will take ownership of the monthly IFRS consolidation of the group results and provide transparent, reliable reporting to senior stakeholders. You’ll get exposure to complex accounting topics such as acquisitions, divestments, goodwill/badwill, and equity reconciliations — while also helping to improve processes and reporting flows.
This is an excellent opportunity to sharpen your technical skills, build international exposure, and grow into a subject-matter expert in IFRS consolidation.
⚡ What You’ll Be Doing
* Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple entities worldwide.
* Dive into complex consolidation matters (M&A, goodwill, equity movements).
* Partner with BI & Performance teams on ad-hoc insights and reporting.
* Actively contribute to process improvements, automation, and reporting optimization.
* Represent consolidation topics in both technical and business discussions.
🧬 Who We’re Looking For
You’re a finance professional with a sharp analytical mind and a natural curiosity for complex topics. You enjoy diving into numbers, but you’re just as comfortable explaining them to stakeholders in clear, actionable language.

🔑 You’ll Likely Bring
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance / Economics.
* 4–5 years’ experience in audit, consolidation, or financial reporting.
* Strong knowledge of IFRS.
* A structured, detail-oriented, yet pragmatic mindset.
* Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch, French, or Spanish is a plus).
* Ambition to grow into a subject-matter expert within an international group.
