As a skilled professional in talent acquisition and business solutions, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients find the best candidates to fill their permanent or contract positions.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, attracting relevant candidates, screening and matching them with suitable positions for your clients and prospects.
* You will establish connections with clients and prospects through expert consultations.
* You will maintain accurate records of job openings.
* You will foster long-term partnerships with clients through tailored approaches.
* You will create engaging advertisements for clients' job opportunities.
* You will efficiently review CVs based on clients' needs.
* You will contact relevant candidates to further assess their suitability, interest, and availability.
* You will coordinate interviews and manage client and candidate expectations.
* You will prepare consultants for client interviews and provide accompaniment.
* You will creatively manage client and candidate expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree or prior experience as a key account manager or senior recruitment consultant is required.
* A proven track record in sales would be beneficial but not necessary.
* Good knowledge and command of sourcing and recruiting techniques would be advantageous.
* An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on activity development is essential.
* Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Dutch would be highly valued.
* Stress resistance, resourcefulness, ambition, proactivity, and effective time management are crucial.
* Adhering to an ethical approach that prioritizes clients', candidates', and colleagues' needs is vital.
* A valid driving license is mandatory.
