About the Role

As a Field Technician at Stefanini, you will play a key role in delivering premium IT support to our users, providing hands-on assistance and ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software across our client sites. What You’ll Do
* Provide face-to-face IT support to end users.
* Install, move, and de-install hardware including PCs, laptops, printers, and scanners.
* Diagnose and resolve personal hardware issues.
* Test system and application changes, prepare scripts in MS Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365.
* Support small projects related to new hardware or software installations.
* Install software, patches, and updates using MS SCCM.
* Offer suggestions for improvements and share opinions on new products or services.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 2-3 years in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing-based organization.
* Technical Knowledge:
* General end-user technology knowledge.
* End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management).
* End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM).
* ITSM toolset (ticket management software) is a plus.
* Soft Skills:
* Strong planning and organizational abilities.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
* Analytical thinking and flexibility.
* Customer sensitivity and excellent technical writing skills.
* Languages: Excellent Spanish and English, written and spoken.
