Position: Product Owner
A Product Owner acts as the bridge between business needs and development teams, defining and prioritizing the product backlog based on stakeholder input. They ensure that the development team delivers value by translating customer needs into clear and actionable user stories. They work closely with the teams, providing guidance on product vision, aligning expectations, and ensuring that releases meet business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Defines and prioritizes the product backlog based on business needs.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Works closely with development teams to ensure efficient delivery of product features.
• Manages product roadmap and ensures alignment with company objectives.
• Acts as the point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Experience in Agile product management and backlog prioritization.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric design.
Technology Stack & Tools:
• Agile Management: Azure DevOps, Confluence
• Product Roadmap: Aha!, Productboard
• Data analysis: Google Analytics, Power BI

• You have experience in business product management and administration.
• You possess strong strategic skills and are highly driven to translate Partena Group's vision into a concrete roadmap.
• Agile or Scrum aren’t foreign concepts to you—you understand their principles and know how to apply them effectively.
• You are a strong communicator and team player, thriving in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in a payroll processing or enterprise software environment is a big plus (bonus points if you have this!).
