Junior Risk Process Quality Officer
Location: Brussels city centre
Start date: 14 May 2026 - full-time
Languages : Fluent in French or Dutch (one Fluent, the second one can be basic) + good English
We are currently looking for a Junior Risk Process Quality Officer to join the Risk Management team of a leading financial services organization based in Brussels.
This role offers the opportunity to work on both qualitative and quantitative risk management projects, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and gain valuable exposure to governance, risk and internal control processes within the financial sector.
Your Responsibilities
* Evaluate governance, risk management and control processes and prepare reports for business management.
* Contribute to the development of risk assessment reports that support management in monitoring the overall level of risk.
* Assist management in the analysis and monitoring of operational and quantitative risks across different business lines.
* Support various risk-related projects and initiatives within the organization.
Your Profile
Education
* Master’s degree in Management, Applied Economics, Insurance, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience
* Up to 2 years of experience in qualitative risk management and insurance or financial services sector (Junior profile)
Nice to have:
* Experience with internal control or operational risk.
