As a Sales Support Specialist for EMEA Key Accounts, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our strategic clients across the EMEA region. Your role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored security solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth and long-term partnership success.
JOB DUTIES:
1. Process customer orders and quotes in SAP to specific SLA’s and customer requirement
2. Ensuring ‘right first time, every time’ wherever possible against each order / quote / process
3. Field telephone calls as initial line support
4. Support first line e-commerce queries
5. Liaise with relevant departments to complete customer order, queries and complaints
6. Maintain and update customer records
7. Support commercial sales in dealing with customer support to close and grow sales
8. Direct customers to the correct teams for technical support, account queries
9. Manage sales transactions as per customers’ requirements
10. Up-sell through attachments and complete solution orders
11. Investigate and resolve issues, complaints and invoice queries
12. Effectively communicate with both external & internal customers
13. Provide an exceptional customer experience against all customer transactions
14. Participate in ad hoc projects to further enhance the customer experience
YOU MUST HAVE:
15. Proven experience in an international B2B customer service or sales support role
16. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
17. Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple accounts effectively.
18. Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to EMEA are a plus.
19. Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.
