For the Central Distribution Center in Ghent, we are looking for a colleague to support the outbound team with the shipment of parts. The assignment starts on June 1 and runs until September 30. Your new role As Shipping Coordinator, you ensure that outgoing shipments depart correctly and on time. You are in close contact with internal teams, logistics partners, and drivers, and are responsible for all shipping administration. You work in an operational environment where accuracy, speed, and service are key. Your tasks: Preparing all shipping documents for outgoing shipments Shipping goods according to the agreed transport flows Resolving and recording deviations within the outbound process Escalating problems and contributing ideas for process improvements Actively contributing to the further digitization of outbound processes Your profile You work accurately, remain calm under time pressure, and switch easily between different tasks. You enjoy taking responsibility and working with colleagues and external partners.
