Your Role
As a Technical Trainer at Camco Academy, you play a key role in transferring technical expertise. You ensure that new colleagues, experienced technicians, contractors, and clients gain a thorough understanding of our products and systems. Your efforts make technical insights clear, accessible, and practically applicable.
Organize and deliver (online and onsite) technical training sessions on our products and solutions.
Use and maintain existing training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
Translate complex technical information into clear, understandable content tailored to your audience.
Collaborate closely with our engineering, support, and R&D teams to maintain accuracy of the material.
Promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Act as a go-to person for colleagues who need additional explanations or technical support.
Maintain, build, and test training content and documentation.
Your Profile
You have a technical background (in electromechanics, automation, etc.) or equivalent experience.
Preferably, you have experience in training, coaching, or mentoring.
You understand how complex systems work and can explain them clearly.
You communicate fluently in both English, French and Dutch (spoken and written).
You enjoy presenting and can deliver technical content in an engaging, accessible way.
You work in a structured manner and have strong organizational skills.
You're stress-resistant and can adapt to unforeseen situations.
You're willing to travel for work (e.g. to Camco sites in China/India) approximately 15–20% of the time.
