Freelance Project: Business Functional Analyst
We are looking for an experienced
Business Functional Analyst
for a freelance assignment in the banking and regulatory domain. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and scrum teams to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.

Duration:
6 months (+ possible extension)
Work Regime:
Full-time, hybrid (2 days per week onsite)
Languages:
Dutch or French + fluent English
Your Responsibilities
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications
* Create user stories in
Jira
and maintain documentation in
Confluence
* Design service specifications and collaborate on data models with architects
* Support scrum teams during development and testing phases
* Work closely with product owners and business stakeholders
Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or equivalent experience
* Minimum
5 years of experience
as a functional analyst
* Strong analytical and technical skills
* Experience with
Mainframe (basic knowledge)

Oracle
,
SQL
, and UML or similar modeling tools are a must
* Knowledge of functional specification methods and tools
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multicultural environments
* Team player with attention to detail
