As an Account Manager (M/F/X), your responsibilities include:
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients in the banking & financial services sector
* Understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that create real business value
* Acting as the main point of contact, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction
* Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts with a focus on growth and retention
* Identifying new business opportunities within existing clients and prospects
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Preparing and delivering client presentations and commercial proposals
* Monitoring market trends and translating insights into actionable business opportunities
* Tracking account performance and ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved
A successful Account Manager will demonstrate:
