Digital Business Community Manager
Your Mission
As the Digital Business Community leader, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the SAP S/4HANA system by leading and coordinating the key user community at both country, regional and global levels. Your responsibilities will encompass promoting project awareness, organizing resources, building and maintaining the key user community, and facilitating effective communication, training and collaboration among stakeholders. The aim is to progressively extend the scope with all strategic business digital & transformation initiatives throughout the group.
What you will do
1. Lead and promote project awareness - Advocate for the SAP S/4HANA implementation
2. Resource availability and coordination - Collaborate with regional and global teams
3. Key User community building & maintenance - Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
4. Learning & development - Design and deliver training programs for end users, ensuring smooth adoption of the new technology to all 4500 end users
5. Process Design and KPI Definition - Assist business leads and key users in fine-tuning process designs
6. Change Management and Ambassadorship - Act as an ambassador for the SAP S/4HANA implementation, drive engagement and enthusiasm within the key user community
What we expect from you
7. You’ve got a master’s degree.
8. You’ve been in a related role for at least 5 years, including community building.
9. You embrace the latest technological innovation.
10. Your communication and people skills are strong.
11. You’re good at solving problems and thinking analytically.
12. When needed, you take initiative and aren’t afraid to be critical.
13. You’re naturally organized and process-oriented.
14. You know your way around change management principles.
15. You can work independently and also collaborate in a team.
16. You’re enthusiastic and positive, especially when leading change initiatives.
17. Experience with IT processes and project management is a plus.
18. Fluency in English is a must, and knowing Spanish, French, or other languages is a bonus.
