We are looking for an expert who can handle both business and process analysis.
Main Accountabilities
1. Define and implement new business processes that align with the bank's strategic objectives.
2. Refine and improve existing processes to ensure they meet customer needs, are efficient, and manage risk effectively.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify application requirements and provide support for testing.
4. Evaluate existing processes using key performance indicators and customer feedback.
5. Conduct analyses and studies on process definition, adjustment, improvement, and evaluation.
Skills and Qualifications
* Technical writing and process modeling skills with 4-5 years of experience.
* Proficient in Visio and Aris, able to create clear and accurate flow charts.
* Detailed knowledge of the payments sector is a significant asset.
* Strong understanding of process improvement methods and techniques.
* Awareness of risk management and internal control principles.
* Confident in testing activities and preparation of demonstrations.
* Fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
