YOUR POSITION
Within the Marketing department, you will be part of the team responsible for the brand image: the Trade marketing and Merchandising team. Most specifically, you will be supporting the executions related to Direct-to-Consumers (DTC) salespoints including all DIOR counters located in Benelux department stores: (BE) Inno, (NL) De Bijenkorf, (LUX) Galeries Lafayette.
In this role, you will be asked to understand and work with the brand guidelines, campaign launches, key commercial periods (KCPs) as well as the multiple target groups such as to create the best in-store visibilities and activations.
Your tasks will cover two different scopes:
1. Merchandising: counter updates according to brand year plan, maintenance and improvements, execution & follow up, and communication with multiple internal and external parties (retail team, suppliers, retailers)
2. Trade: counter trade activations and event planning to support our Benelux counters
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team for a 1-6 month period, starting as soon as possible.
Job responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be to :
3. Acknowledge brand planning, campaign launches and corresponding assets
4. Prepare visual merchandising briefings for counters (visual and merchandising updates)
5. Brief and co-ordinate suppliers to ensure perfect in-store execution
6. Manage local merchandising productions
7. Follow-up on counter updates and maintenance requests (on & offsite)
8. Share relevant updates and information with retail team / counter managers
9. Assist with KCP trade initiatives dedicated to DTC point of sales (i.e. window projects, pop-up, engraving activities, trade animations, etc.)
10. Keep track of competitive activity and industry trends
11. Maintain and continuously update internal files and sharepoint
12. Proactively identify and implement efficient processes to improve workflows
Profile
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on professional with strong communication skills and solution-oriented mindset. We seek for someone who takes initiative, thinks outside the box and turn ideas into action.

13. Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus

18. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
19. Comprehensive knowledge of the house, product portfolio, and luxury beauty market
