We're looking for a Performance Marketer to join us on our mission:
* Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
* Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms — with a strong focus on SEA & the Google network (YouTube, Display).
* Continuously analyze campaign performance, drawing data-driven insights to increase ROI.
* Identify opportunities to improve user experience on our website with the goal of boosting conversion rates.
* Run A/B tests to evaluate and optimize key campaign elements.
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages
Job requirements
You'll be a great fit if you have:
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong expertise in performance marketing, with an emphasis on SEA.
* Analytical mindset and confidence in using tools such as Google Analytics to assess and optimize performance.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills: you can handle multiple campaigns at once.
* A data-driven approach that translates insights into impactful marketing strategies.
* Creative mindset with the ability to provide structured input to creative teams and partners.
* Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
* Hands-on attitude: as part of a small team, you take ownership and step in where needed.
