Servicing Excellence: A Leadership Role
Your role as an IT Service Manager involves driving end-to-end service delivery for optimal results. You will be responsible for setting up long-term service and contract agreements to ensure the technical needs of business units are met.
To achieve this, you will act as a trusted partner and advisor to clients, building personal relationships with key stakeholders within the organization and taking ownership of the business and IT infrastructure department during escalations and outages.
You will implement improvement initiatives to guarantee the best services, considering quality, performance, and efficiency.
The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction and meet predetermined service level agreements by reporting on performance, SLAs, financials, HR, and customer relationships to senior management.
Additionally, you will develop an annual strategy to enhance services under your responsibility and collaborate with architects to discuss the impact of new technologies and architectural roadmaps.
Requirements for Success
1. A Master's degree in IT, Business economics, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum three years of experience in service delivery management, managing large outsourced IT infrastructure service contracts.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience with ITIL, project management, and budget management.
4. Familiarity with IT infrastructure environments (Data Centers, Network, and Workplace services).
5. Strong communicative and analytical skills for problem-solving.
6. A team player with a flexible attitude, taking initiative and handling issues diplomatically.
7. Capability to manage, motivate, and coach employees with an open and positive attitude.
8. Driven by results and able to set priorities while maintaining optimal service.
9. Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
10. Willngness to travel abroad regularly.
