nanoGrid is a young company specialized in the development of the newest technologies for monitoring and control of systems related to energy consumption and sustainability.
The
nanoGrid technology and our services allow our customers to monitor and control in an easy and fast way their energy consumption. This results in awareness and consumption reduction, which reflects in cost and carbon footprint reduction.
The role
The
Customer Success Manager is a strategic and supportive partner at every stage of the sales process and is focused on building loyalty, in order to retain customers in the long term. In other words, the Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring that customers have a great experience and get the maximum value out of nanoGrid's energy monitoring and efficiency solutions.
Your challenge
- You offer support in converting prospects into active users (onboarding new customers).
- You are the first point of contact for customers and the support person for our sales team.
- You work close with our Operations team, facilitating communication and support for the customer.
- You follow up on various projects, keep them up-to-date and monitor progress internally.
- You keep track of all administration related to the sales cycle in our CRM Freshsales.
- You prepare presentations and reports for our customers.
- You organize recurrent follow-up meetings with your customer portfolio to maintain an excellent relationship, monitor customer satisfaction and detect upsell opportunities.
Profil
- You have a professional bachelor in a business or linguistic oriented study.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial competences ; you get energized taking care of your customer portfolio and detect upsell / expansion opportunities.
- You can easily learn and navigate in different software packages.
- You have notions of SaaS and / or HaaS.
- You work in a solution-oriented way and reconcile the interests of the customer and those of nanoGrid.
- You set high standards for the quality of your own work and that of others.
- You have a project management mindset; you have an eye for detail and like to work in a structured and organized manner.
- You are a team player, you share your knowledge, ideas and insights with your colleagues.
- You feel closely involved in the subject of energy savings / sustainability.
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch, English and a professional level in French and/ or German.
