What will you be doing here?
* Responsible for the recruitment and selection process of our talents.
* Responsible for personnel management processes of your sales team (attendance control, work scheduling, etc.).
* Develop the team through meetings and training, keeping them motivated and aligned with the company.
* Apply performance evaluation of the team.
* Manage indicators and improve performance results.
* Responsible for the cash flow of the store.
* Implement and maintain Visual Merchandising according to Natura’s Marketing guidelines.
* Responsible for store revenue and inventory management.
* Conduct monthly results meetings.
* Know and disseminate the company’s Vision and Mission.
* Ensure compliance with Safety and Occupational Health policies, rules, and regulations of the workplace or work process.
* Obey all company regulations and work procedures.
* Identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
* Higher education, either in progress or completed.
* Experience with indicator management and continuous improvement.
* Excel or similar tools.
* Experience in people management and as a team leader.
* Preferable knowledge of consultative service.
* Availability to work alternate Sundays (1x1).
* Experience in sales with delivery of results.
* Knowledge of marketing and Visual Merchandising.
* Experience with facilitation of content.
* Experience in store operations.
