We are currently looking for a Sales Engineer – Industrial Maintenance & Technical Solutions to join a leading player in the Belgian industrial sector.
This is a field-based commercial role where you will work directly with manufacturing and production companies to help them improve reliability, reduce downtime, and optimise their maintenance processes.
What you will be doing
* Managing and growing relationships with industrial clients across Belgium
* Advising production and maintenance teams on technical solutions
* Identifying opportunities to improve machine uptime and efficiency
* Supporting customers with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and tooling solutions
* Working closely with technical specialists and internal engineering teams
* Developing long-term partnerships in key industrial accounts
What we are looking for
* Background in mechanical, electromechanical or industrial engineering
* Experience in technical sales, field service, or industrial maintenance
* Strong interest in how machines, production lines, and factories work
* Commercial mindset with a practical, problem-solving approach
* Comfortable working with technical customers (engineers, plant managers, maintenance teams)
