We are looking for an Account Director to join the BeInfluence Belgium team in Brussels
As an Account Director, you will play a key role in BeInfluence's client relationship in Brussels. Reporting to the Head of Growth & Accounts and the Team Lead Growth & Account,
You are capable of building strong strategic recommendations around influencer marketing, social media, and creative content, in collaboration with internal teams (creative strategists, growth, experiential marketing, PR, social media, etc.). You understand the importance of creativity, content relevance, and business performance for successful campaigns. You are able to support teams in defining the approaches best suited to client objectives and ensure consistency between strategy, creative, and execution.
~ Negotiation, contracting, and client relationship management: you will be responsible for leading strategic and creative recommendations, commercial negotiations, and contractual agreements with clients in your portfolio. You will work closely with the project management teams to ensure that campaigns are successfully executed and meet client expectations. You develop a strong, trust-based relationship with clients to become their preferred partner for all their influencer and social media campaigns. You actively identify new upsell, cross-sell, and diversification opportunities to increase the value and growth of existing accounts.
Expertise in customer strategy & social media: you have an excellent understanding of the challenges of influence and social media and you are convinced of the importance of creativity to generate impactful results.
~ Results-oriented: performance-driven, you know how to manage complex accounts and support demanding clients with high standards.
You have at least 3 years of experience as an Account Director in an influence, social media or creative agency.
~ You have full professional proficiency in English and are native Dutch. Mastering French on top is a plus
