What will you do? As Network Optimization & Analytics Business Analyst, you will build and lead a new capability within CoE Network & Flow to optimize MPO’s network through advanced analytics and actionable insights. Your Role: You reinforce the newly created Network Optimization & Analytics cell, helping establishing tools, methodologies, and processes. You identify and unlock value opportunities across the network by translating analytical insights into tangible business outcomes (eg. cost savings, service improvements, strategic growth). You drive analytics initiatives from scoping to delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs or self-initiated research. You perform deep-dive analysis and deliver insights for network design, flow management, and operational optimization. You provide granular “Cost-to-Serve” views and predictive analytics for forecasting, anomaly detection, and scenario simulation. You track and evaluate the impact of improvement, transformation, and investment initiatives. You ensure end-to-end optimization across all operations, avoiding sub-optimizations. You steer and lead a team of technical data experts. You explore external trends, research, and best practices to inject innovation and outside-in perspectives. Who are you? You have a Master’s degree (Economics, Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering,…) or equivalent by experience. You have a background in consulting or in other data-driven environments focused on value creation. Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or postal industry is a plus. You are familiar with AI-driven analytics tools, simulation, and predictive modeling. You have strong project management capabilities, driving initiatives from concept to delivery. You have the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
