To strengthen our Communication team and the growth and development of our digital communication strategy globally, we are looking for a Digital Communication Specialist at Atlas Copco Portable Air. In this role, your mission is to drive our Marketing Automation Strategy, while also contributing to broader digital initiatives that enhance engagement, generate and nurture leads, and enable sales. All of this in support of our divisional Communication mission of “being a Business Enabler that actively contributes to the results”.
This position reports to the Digital Communication Manager in the Portable Air dvision and works closely with the Portable Air Marketing team, Power Technique’s (PT) Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team, other PT divisional communication teams and the PT Customer Centers.
Marketing Automation – Your Primary Focus
• Become a subject matter expert in the Emarsys platform.
• Collaborate with Power Technique’s Marketing Automation team, the divisional marketing communication team, and global Customer Centers to:
o Analyze and map automation use cases; develop a multi-year roadmap.
o Design mailing templates for product launches and campaigns.
o Build and deploy automation programs and nurturing workflows globally and locally.
o Drive Emarsys adoption across Customer Centers and provide hands-on support.
o Explore and implement valuable Emarsys integrations with other platforms.
o Influence key success factors: master data quality (e.g., C4C attributes), lead management processes, customer profiling, and segmentation.
o Monitor analytics and continuously optimize strategies based on insights.
o Track business impact and identify opportunities to scale success.
Digital Communication – Your Secondary Focus
• Strengthen the online presence of Atlas Copco Portable Air brands, especially through our websites.
• Plan and execute multi-channel, “digital-first” campaigns to boost engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
• Apply a data-driven approach: measure, report, and refine digital performance against strategic goals.
• Propose innovative inbound and outbound digital initiatives, including AI-driven opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and pain points that can be addressed through digital channels.
• Support Customer Centers in developing and executing successful local digital strategies.

You have 3-5 years of experience in digital communication, with a strong focus on marketing automation, digital content creation, and lead generation.
1. Proven ability to manage projects independently within scope, budget, and timeline.
2. Hands-on experience with a Marketing Automation platform (Emarsys is a plus).
3. Independent and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
6. Structured and organized with strong planning and prioritization skills.

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or have the equivalent through experience and you are fluent in English (written and spoken).

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our offices either in Antwerp, Belgium (BE) or Brno, Czech Republic (CZ).
