Assess IT and security processes, risks, controls and compliance against standards; identify gaps and recommend improvements. Work with senior management to design cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps and sustainable solutions (processes, tools, people models). Act as the link between executives and technical teams, driving change in data protection, security operations, privacy and continuity. Explain business risks of technical vulnerabilities and present clear findings. Help clients develop cybersecurity procedures and align with best practices.
