Technical Advisor (m/v/x)
in fulltime and unlimited for the region of Belgium
Your Tasks
* Advising customer groups on the application possibilities of standard fermacell products and systems
* Drawing up standard advice guidelines
* Drawing up, writing and explaining customized recommendations for projects with greater importance in terms of products to be purchased based on knowledge and existing reports,
* Technical coaching and support of RM, KAM & SC
* Identifying market developments and market needs, changes in regulations, trends and market threats
* Perform inventory and research on the construction site, technical assessment of customer complaints, cause determination, solution generation and reporting to customer and registration in sales system
* Advise on technical application possibilities aimed at preventing complaints (internal and external)
* Providing product information to customers, (government) agencies etc.
* Providing technical (telephone) support to the RM, KAM & SC.
* Monitoring the processing of fermacell products and systems on site, identifying discrepancies, identifying areas for improvement and preparing reports.
* Participation in construction and trade fairs
* Close cooperation with and training of colleagues within the sales team and customers/processors.
You are...
* smart? You have experience and technical professional knowledge in the field of building materials, building systems and principles (including Dutch building legislation and building standards in functional area) in general and dry interior construction in particular and you have completed a technical degree (HBO level). Additionally you have a technical commercial attitude and skills. You are familiar with the use of MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit and CRM system. The ability to analyze, assess and abstract completes your profile.

Your high level of self-motivation and get-things-done mentality drives you, because you not only want to achieve your goals, but exceed them, with a strong customer orientation. You’ve got a highly motivated mindset as well as the ability to set the right priorities quickly – and also adjust them.
* real? You have strong interpersonal communication skills as well as good presentation skills. You have good command of written and spoken Dutch. Knowledge of English, German and/or French is an advantage and desirable. You also act careful and resourceful Commitment to the corporate culture, vision, mission and values are natural for you.
