Hikvision Europe B.V. is now looking for a Key Account Manager for the regions Belgium and Luxemburg, who will focus on:
· Making regular visits to Tier 2 customers (Installers, system Integrators) to develop positive working relationships.
· Choosing and approaching installers or system integrators to sign into the Dealer Partner Program.
· Developing process improvements to optimize Dealers management activities.
· Working with distributors to develop project quotations to Dealers.
· Evaluating Dealers sales performance, and recommend improvements.
· Staying up to date with latest the developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
· Establishing, directing, managing, coordinating and evaluating varied components of company’s DPP (Dealer Partner Program) sales program, where necessary.
· Reviewing the market to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing and competition.
· Working closely with Marketing, Product Management and Sales to continually refine and improve our market position; assisting in the development of messaging, sales tools, campaigns, promotions and necessary marketing plans.
· Analyzing sales statistics, market conditions and competitive landscape.
· Conducting regular business plan reviews with Dealers to ensure company goals and strategies are understood and being achieved and implemented.
You have:
· Experience as a Key Account Manager preferably in the video surveillance industry.
· Experience in handling projects preferably in the video surveillance industry.
· A strong network within the surveillance industry field in Belgium and Luxemburg.
· Ability to effectively utilize resources to solve issues and create solutions for customer and partner needs and problems.
· Ability to foster a cooperative working relationship with management and colleagues.
· Skilled in customer relations, strong business planning and implementation skills.
· Ability to maintain a positive company image and brand.
· Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
· Well-developed written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· A fast ability to gain knowledge
· A courteous and professional demeanor.
· Ability to conduct well-organized training sessions and convey technical information clearly at all levels.
· Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle peak volumes of work.
· Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
· Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of the German and Dutch language is a plus.
· Willingness to travel.
