Key Responsibilities and Activities
Process and System Support
1. Participate in the design and development of the processes, policies, procedures and systems enhancements.
2. Act as the local expert in the Pricing area, representing CFP&A area in the Global and local projects
3. Maintain price lists, conditions and rebates in the systems
4. Maintain and analyze P&L and Value Chain by products, brands, channels and key customers. Develop processes and tools to track the profitability of key customers aiming to improve financial and business KPIs as well as providing recommendations to management. Identifying risks and opportunities for target achievement.
5. Fulfil the role of key user of Xtel, and support all users with the day-to-day work.
6. Prepare input from CFP&A and make sure it’s included in the consensus preparation to confirm the consistency of commercial investments in the forecast.
7. Review of the commercial agreements to ensure compliance with the policies and approvals.
Analytics and Reporting
8. Promo activities analysis and approval according to the approval matrix
9. Gross to Net expenses planning and overseeing to ensure accurate allocation in line with the Group policy
10. Support of the internal and external audit procedures in the responsible area
11. Regular and ad hoc reporting related to commercial investments
Education and Experience
12. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business-related field is required
13. Fluency in English is a must, fluency in French or Dutch is essential, and fluency in other languages is a plus
14. Experience with planning and reporting tools, especially SAP
15. Highly analytical with advanced commercial awareness
