In order to support the growth, we are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Team in Brussels.

Responsibilities
Communication & Social Media
* Creating content for social media, the website, and the internal application ;
* Creating and managing campaigns in Mailchimp ;
Goodies Management
* Creating and managing promotional items ;
* Coordinating with subsidiaries, Original Equipment Manufacturers, and internal teams for orders, in line with the allocated budget ;
Media & Visual Content Creation
* Managing the media gallery (photos, videos) ;
* Brainstorming and briefing on visual needs (planning photo and video shoots) ;
* Contributing to visual creations (layout design, visuals for print and digital, technical sheets) ;
Administrative Support & Coordination
* Supporting the Marketing Team with ad hoc requests (organizational tasks, internal event coordination).
Profile
* You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Event Management or Graphic Design ;
* You are bilingual in French and English, spoken and written — C2 level is required ;
* You have a natural ability to write articles and content for social media and websites ;
* You demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, have an eye for detail, and are a true team player ;
* You are proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint ;
* You have at least basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) ;
* A Driving Licence is required for this role.
