Ansell is looking for a Senior Specialist, eCommerce Sales to join our team in Brussels, BE or Krakow, PL.
In this position you will drive partnerships and sales growth with pure-play distributor accounts by managing their development daily while maintaining a long-term strategic focus. You will lead initiatives across advertising, pricing, product, and customer segmentation, contributing to Ansell's digital transformation and eCommerce roadmap within the EMAP Marketing organization.

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Snr Manager eCommerce EMAP, you will have the opportunity to:
·Manage strategic eCommerce pure-play distributor accounts in EMEA with a focus on the UK, France, and Germany.
·Own and drive sales, margins, and P&L performance for these accounts.
·Collaborate with Regional Marketing to execute eCommerce marketing calendars for brand growth and customer acquisition.
·Adapt and develop marketing assets ( products and campaigns visuals) tailored to regional and customer-specific needs.
·Lead product catalogue creation and content uploads, ensuring high-quality, accurate listings.
·Continuously review and update product information to maintain best-in-class content.
·Monitor and analyze customer performance against sales targets and report insights monthly.
·Lead cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Global Units to meet business goals.
·Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and content quality.
·Build deep knowledge of eCommerce marketplaces, pure players, and B2B online sales trends.
What will you bring to Ansell?
·Demonstrated experience in business development within eCommerce, sales, or marketing, along with hands-on experience in managing and maintaining eCommerce websites
·Passionate about digital marketing and technology; computer literate in Microsoft office, specifically Excel.
·Strong business development skills with a proactive approach to finding new opportunities.
·Organized, customer-focused, and able to prioritize effectively.
·Team player who can work well independently.
·Creative problem-solver with strong communication skills.
·Adaptable and quick to learn new tools and environments.
