Drive Commercial Growth

As a Sales Director, you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. You will lead the commercial department, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

* Commercial Strategy:

Develop and implement an ambitious commercial strategy aligned with our business objectives. This includes identifying new market opportunities, analyzing competition, and determining the right positioning.

* Sales and New Business:

Lead high-level client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close successful deals. Focus on leading large public tenders, optimizing tender delivery, managing transactional sales activities, and integrating local operations.

* Team Management and Coaching:

Lead a team of sales professionals, motivating and coaching them to achieve their objectives and grow further. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results-orientation.

* Market Analysis and Innovation:

Closely monitor market developments, identify trends, and anticipate future needs. Contribute to developing innovative services and solutions that meet customer demand.

* Budget Management and Reporting:

Prepare commercial budgets, monitor performance, and report to management. Analyze data to gain insights and provide steering information.

* Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to ensure an integrated approach and create synergies.

* Network in Mobility Market:

Maintain a relevant network within the Belgian mobility sector.

Requirements

Proven track record (at least 15 years) in a senior commercial role, preferably in a B2G environment. Strong network within the Belgian mobility sector required. Proactive, innovative, and clear vision for the future of mobility essential. Strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and results-oriented approach needed.
