Our client, situated in Genk, is looking for an IT Application and Integration Manager to manage application integrations and ensure smooth collaboration between business and IT teams. Key Responsibilities Develop a thorough understanding of the business logic Maintain close contact with the business (Key-users, COO office, CIO) Problem solving : root-cause analysis, action planning and follow-up Provide on-site support for SCADA-integrations, new functionality, and technical changes (server, …) Coordinate with teams from interfacing applications: SAP SCADA and PLC Automated warehouses EDI platform Datawarehouse Scheduling and planning software OSPC software DBA, server and network team Coordinate with the IT development team Manage development team rotation Perform change request analysis and effort estimation Release management (3 times per year) Manage key-user training and documentation Conduct technical reviews and manage updates (vulnerabilities, Windows server update 2026) Manage IT documentation Reporting on: Out-of-hours calls Change request backlog Validation process (ServiceDesk Plus, PowerBI) Requirements English fluency is required
