, is looking for an
IT Application and Integration Manager
to manage application integrations and ensure smooth collaboration between business and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a thorough understanding of the business logic
* Maintain close contact with the business (Key-users, COO office, CIO)
* Problem solving: root-cause analysis, action planning and follow-up
* Provide on-site support for SCADA-integrations, new functionality, and technical changes (server, …)
* Coordinate with teams from interfacing applications:
* SAP
* SCADA and PLC
* Automated warehouses
* EDI platform
* Datawarehouse
* Scheduling and planning software
* OSPC software
* DBA, server and network team
* Coordinate with the IT development team
* Manage development team rotation
* Perform change request analysis and effort estimation
* Release management (3 times per year)
* Manage key-user training and documentation
* Conduct technical reviews and manage updates (vulnerabilities, Windows server update 2026)
* Manage IT documentation
* Reporting on:
* Out-of-hours calls
* Change request backlog
* Validation process (ServiceDesk Plus, PowerBI)
Requirements
