Job Description:
* As Project Manager, you will drive complex and impactful projects from the final sales phase to full execution.
* Define project scope together with sales and the customer
* Set up and manage the phase-gate approach for the entire project lifecycle
* Kick off projects with customers and internal teams
* Lead and inspire project teams through regular meetings
* Monitor project engineers and review project documentation
* Safeguard project planning, milestones and deliverables
* Manage costs, risks and mitigation plans
* Report progress to management and the steering committee
* Organize project acceptance tests and support commissioning engineers during start-up
Requirements:
* Master’s degree in Electro-, Mechanical- or Chemical Engineering, or Bio-Engineering (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience as Project Manager in pharma, food or chemical industry
* Strong track record in managing international client-supplier relationships
* People management skills and analytical mindset to lead complex projects
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines and regulations
* Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented with the ability to build trust and respect
* Continuous improvement mindset in daily project processes
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
* Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
* Willingness to travel internationally (up to 8 weeks per year, max. 2 weeks per trip)
