Function / Key tasks
Supervise the Statutory Accounting and Controlling teams, reporting directly to the CFO.
Ensure the Finance department operates efficiently and acts as a true business partner.
Oversee cash management, tax, legal, local and group financial statements.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and three-year planning processes.
Provide strategic analysis to management and actively contribute to the digital transformation of the Finance department.
Manage a team of five, supported by the Head of Accounting and the Senior Controller&Product Owner Finance.
Profile
Master's degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
5 to 7 years' experience managing a finance team.
Experience or strong interest in digital transformation and the integration of AI in finance.
Ability to coach, unite, and develop team members.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (professional level).
Strong command of MS Office.
