GRAPHIC DESIGNER – DTP & MARKETING ASSETS
(Full-time | On-site – European HQ, Belgium)
Position overview
To reinforce our graphic team, we are looking for a confirmed Graphic Designer, with a strong DTP and production background, to support the creation of print and digital marketing assets for product launches and ongoing marketing activities.
Working from defined concepts and strategic brand guidelines, you will be responsible for executing, adapting, and deploying visual concepts across a wide range of marketing materials, ensuring technical accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output.

Key responsibilities
1. Graphic production & DTP (core mission)
Design and produce print and digital marketing assets, including:
brochures, leaflets, catalogues
posters, ads, POS material
digital visuals and campaign assets
Preparing files for print is second nature to you:
72 vs 300 dpi is an easy question
bleed, margins, and colour profiles are obvious basics
you know how to deliver clean, print-ready files without guesswork
Ensure all outputs meet professional printing standards
2. Concept adaptation & deployment
Adapt existing creative concepts in line with brand guidelines
Deploy concepts consistently across:
multiple formats
different types of marketing assets
various product launches
Ensure visual coherence across campaigns and product ranges
3. Collaboration & team work
Work closely with:
the marketing team
the Product Marketing Coordinator
external suppliers when needed
Report directly to the Marketing Director
Work under the functional supervision and mentoring of the Art Director
Contribute to a smooth and efficient asset production workflow
Profile & experience
Experience
Confirmed graphic designer (typically 3–6 years of experience)
Strong experience in DTP and production environments
Solid understanding of print and digital constraints
Tools & skills
Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
InDesign
Illustrator
Photoshop
Experience with digital platforms and tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
Personal qualities
Structured, reliable, and execution-focused
Comfortable working within brand guidelines
Able to manage multiple assets and deadlines
Team player with a pragmatic mindset
Takes pride in delivering clean, professional output
Languages
Dutch: required
English: fluent (working language)
French: optional
