About the Opportunity: We are creating a pool of SupTech Strategy and Implementation Experts for a new FWC Contract: EC-SG REFORM/2025/OP/0001: Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member State. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead assessments of the current SupTech capacity, needs, and gaps of participating National Competent Authorities (NCAs).
* Identify barriers to SupTech deployment and co-develop a roadmap for mutualised adoption.
* Guide the testing and deployment of SupTech use cases across supervisory authorities.
* Draft strategic recommendations to support uptake and alignment with EU priorities.
Qualifications:
* Advanced degree in information systems, financial supervision, or public administration.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in financial regulation technology, supervisory systems, or SupTech/RegTech platforms.
* Experience advising NCAs, central banks, or EU agencies is a strong asset.
* Solid understanding of EU financial regulatory architecture and data governance.
