For a well-known international leisure and tourism site located in the north of Brussels, we are looking for a motivated professional to strengthen the commercial team.
🔍 Your role
You will play a key part in group reservations and visitor support, ensuring a smooth customer experience from first contact to follow-up.
Your main responsibilities:
* End-to-end management of group reservations (schools, associations, tour operators)
* Preparing and sending offers and confirmations
* Coordinating with internal teams and external partners (guides, attractions, catering, etc.)
* Updating reservations and customer data in the internal system and CRM
* Answering visitor questions via email, phone and social media
* Supporting the commercial and marketing team with various administrative tasks
* Contributing to events and occasional commercial actions
* Acting as Duty Manager approximately 1 weekend per month (and some public holidays), ensuring smooth on-site operations
Reservations represent around 60% of your time in low season, up to 85% in high season.
✅ Are you the profile we’re looking for?
* Bachelor degree in tourism, administration or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience
* or minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent Dutch, with good knowledge of French and English (spoken & written)
* Strong organizational skills, accuracy and autonomy
* Customer-focused, proactive and a true team player
* Confident with MS Office and CRM tools (graphic tools like Canva are a plus)
* Flexible and willing to work occasional weekends as Duty Manager
