Global Consultancy based in Bruge are looking for Azure Platform Support Engineer for a Major Engineering Client.
ResponsibilitiesServe as primary point of contact for reliability, evolution, and operational excellence of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP)Monitor and optimise platform performance, availability, and scalabilityProactively identify bottlenecks and system issues through platform monitoring and analysisDeploy, configure, and maintain new platform services and functionalitiesImplement improvements and drive platform standardisation in collaboration with product and development teamsGuide and support development teams according to DevOps principles and processesAnalyse, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents related to platform components, resources, and deploymentsEnsure stability and reliability of all platform componentsContribute to documentation, guidelines, and best practices for platform usagePropose and implement structural improvements based on incident analysis and system trends
Job Requirements (Mandatory)Minimum 2 years professional experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Administrator Associate certification is preferred)Proven experience managing and maintaining Kubernetes environmentsStrong knowledge of CI/CD processes and software development lifecyclesExpertise in monitoring, observability, and performance optimisationExperience with incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysisFamiliarity with software development (Java Spring stack knowledge is advantageous)
