The opportunity We are hiring a Consolidation & Accounting Expert to join our finance team at TCR Group. This role is about ensuring reliable group financial reporting, leading the monthly consolidation process, and supporting audits and statutory accounts. You will make sure data is accurate, deadlines are met, and processes run smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Group Financial Controller, local finance teams, and auditors. Your work will help us improve efficiency in consolidation, strengthen compliance, and prepare TCR for further growth. A snapshot of what you will be doing here Month and year-end close process: Actively participate in the closing process. Ensure accurate financial reporting by uploading data from the ERP system into the management consolidation tool. Ensure correctness of data mapping and completeness of data upload. Communicate with local teams to resolve discrepancies. Audit support: Engage in both group and statutory audits. Collect and organize the information required for statutory audits. Follow up on audit completions to ensure group compliance Assist in the preparation of group consolidated accounts within specified deadlines. Process improvement: Implement improvements in reporting, processes, and automation. Analyse systems and situations to enhance routine processes. Team collaboration: Work collaboratively within the finance team to achieve common goals. Learn from and share your own experience with the finance team. We are looking for an individual who Has 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably with exposure to reporting and consolidation techniques Has strong technical and analytical skills for accurate financial analysis Has interest in diving into the core of reporting systems to understand and improve the reporting cycle Is able to work effectively with tight deadlines Is proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions Has high attention to detail in financial reporting Can work both independently and collaboratively Brings strong problem-solving skills to financial challenges Is proficient in MS Office 365, with excellent Excel skills.
