Senior Business Analyst
Gambit Financial Solutions, a leading European FinTech pioneer, is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to propel our innovative investment advisory software.
In this leadership role, you will:
* Spearhead the analysis of business needs, translating them into clear, comprehensive functional specifications.
* Guide cross-functional teams (clients, developers, architects) to define optimal solutions and user stories.
* Develop in-depth technical specifications and use cases for development and quality assurance teams.
* Lead workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT) initiatives.
* Champion the maintenance and evolution of application documentation.
We envision you as a strategic thinker with:
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of success.
* Demonstrated leadership qualities to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative atmosphere.
* Exceptional analytical prowess to dissect complex financial challenges and propose innovative solutions.
* Masterful communication skills (written and oral) in French to bridge technical concepts with stakeholders.
* Extensive experience with API-first technology and a strong understanding of the wealth management sector.
* Solid proficiency in modeling techniques (BPMN, UML) to visually represent processes.
