At Barouche, we bring the warmth and flavour of the Mediterranean to fast-casual dining — fresh, fast, and full of heart. With 9 thriving locations across Belgium and big plans for growth, we're looking for a passionate Shiftleader for our new location in Waasland Shopping Center.
As a Shiftleader at Barouche, you are managing the daily operations of the restaurant - creating memorable customer experiences, and helping shape the future of a fast-growing food start-up.
What you'll do:
* Lead a team of students - keeping the vibes positive and ensuring a smooth workflow.
* Make sure every pita and bowl meets Barouche's high quality standards.
* Help customers with their orders and deliver an outstanding Barouche experience.
* Take charge of opening and/or closing shifts and keep everything running seamlessly.
* Maintain high standards in cleanliness, safety, and food quality.
* Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented way.

* You are a born HOST
* You are enthusiastic, dynamic and positive
* You are proactive & flexible
* Stress gives you a thrill, whilst you remain organised and structured
* You enjoy being around people have great communication skills
* Other words that fit you: hands-on, team-player, hosting and consistency
* You have a first experience in the hospitality sector
