The assignment focuses on analysis of payroll requirements, definition of functional specifications, and support of the design and implementation of a new payroll calculation and processing engine. The scope includes alignment between HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders.
Respon sibilities
* Analyse payroll and HR business requirements
* Gather and document functional requirements for a payroll engine
* Map AS-IS payroll processes and define TO-BE design
* Support design of payroll calculation, validation, and processing logic
* Coordinate workshops with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders
* Support integration with HR systems, time tracking, and finance systems
* Support testing activities including test scenario definition and validation
* Ensure alignment between regulatory payroll rules and system design
Profile
* Experience as Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in HR/payroll xphnsxz environments
* Knowledge of payroll processes and payroll system logic
* Experience with requirements gathering and functional specification writing
* Experience with stakeholder management across HR, payroll, and IT
* Freelance availability
