About the role:
Come and start your career in medical device sales by becoming a Urology Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) Graduate with our Prostetic Urology portfolio. This role will be based in the Flanders region (ideally Brussels, Antwerp)
Starting in April 2026 as a Urology CSR Graduate you will support Prostetic Urology cases in the OR, learn to identify commercial opportunities, contribute to account plans, and support regional sales strategies. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you’ll gain insight into growing market share, engaging clinical and economic stakeholders, and managing both capital and disposable product sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market & Strategic Support: Gather market insights (competitors, reimbursement, stakeholder mapping) and support regional planning.
2. Account Management: Assist in developing account plans, support Tier 1 accounts, and gradually manage Tier 2/3 accounts independently. Help build and maintain the sales pipeline.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Shadow senior staff to build relationships with urologists, OR teams, and hospital decision-makers; learn to present health-economic arguments.
4. Sales Execution: Identify opportunities from clinical activities.
5. Collaboration & Reporting: Work with clinical teams to understand evidence and use reporting tools to track performance.
6. Quality & Compliance: Adhere to Boston Scientific’s quality and patient-safety standards.
Profile
7. Recent graduate in Biomedical Engineering, life sciences, nursing or similar (2024/2025).
8. Strong interest in medical devices/healthcare; urology exposure is a plus.
9. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
10. Fluent Dutch, English (C1/C2) and French (B2).
11. Valid driving license obligatory.
12. Motivation to support clinicians in the OR and learn procedural/product expertise.
