We are currently partnering with a leading international real estate group to strengthen their IT & Digital team in Brussels.
Your role
You will act as the bridge between business and IT, working on key internal applications and digital transformation projects.
This is a hands-on role, where you will be involved from requirements gathering to delivery.
What you’ll be doing
* Gather and analyze business needs from stakeholders
* Translate requirements into functional specifications & user stories
* Collaborate closely with developers and product teams
* Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum)
* Model business processes (BPMN or similar)
* Support testing phases (UAT, validation, issue tracking)
* Contribute to improving internal processes and digital solutions
What we’re looking for
* 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong experience in:
* Functional analysis
* Requirements gathering
* Agile environments
* Comfortable working with Jira / Confluence
* Hands-on mindset with strong communication skills
Languages
* Dutch is mandatory
* French and/or English
