In this role, you will be a technical influencer in our quality team who needs to grant into technical testing knowledge. You will join a squad composed of Business analysts, Developers, Project Manager and Quality Officers. Your profile must be technical oriented with a passion for the testing. /p h3Major Duties Responsibilities /h3 h3Planning, Execution Test Design /h3 ul liActively participate in planning and estimating testing efforts for finance‑related projects. /li liDesign, implement, and execute test cases, procedures, and suites based on functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. /li liExecute tests in alignment with approved test plans and deployment schedules. /li liWork hands‑on and/or guide development teams in the implementation of test strategies. /li /ul h3Process Improvement QA Governance /h3 ul liReview existing QA processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices. /li liContribute to tactical and strategic planning for future quality programs. /li liDefine and maintain consistent QA environments, datasets, and tools. /li liEnsure all QA activities comply with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. /li liMaintain proper documentation of test strategies, automation frameworks, and QA processes (Confluence, JIRA...). /li /ul h3Automation Technical Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to the development of robust and scalable backend test automation solutions. /li liValidate the features and performance of applications using ReadyAPI, Postman, Gatling, or equivalent tools. /li liCreate relevant datasets supporting automated and manual test scenarios. /li liCollaborate with IT Architects to ensure proper alignment of automation frameworks with system architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud, CI/CD). /li /ul h3Analysis, Problem‑Solving Collaboration /h3 ul liCollaborate with technical and business teams to solve complex issues. /li liImagine elegant solutions and remove roadblocks impacting product quality or delivery flow. /li liBuild strong relationships with business and product teams to support QA roadmap definition. /li liCommunicate quality information throughout the organization in a clear and actionable way. /li /ul h3Reporting Metrics /h3 ul liMonitor and report on functional and non‑functional QA metrics on a regular basis. /li liProvide clear test reports, bug reports, and coverage status to stakeholders and PMO. /li liStrive for near‑zero defect leakage into production. /li /ul h3Customer Experience Quality Outcomes /h3 ul liGuarantee a high‑quality user experience by preventing defect seepage into production. /li liEnsure reliable application delivery through robust functional, technical, and performance testing. /li /ul h3Continuous Learning /h3 ul liStay up to date with QA industry standards, automation trends, and testing methodologies. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Coding School, or equivalent with a strong technological component. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent in French and English. /li /ul h3Required Knowledge, Skills Abilities /h3 h3Technical /h3 ul liStrong understanding of test management principles, QA methodologies, and test frameworks. /li liExperience in backend test automation. /li liSolid knowledge of APIs and web service technologies (REST/SOAP). /li liFamiliarity with QA tools (test management, monitoring, reporting). /li liUnderstanding of Agile methodologies. /li liAwareness of CI/CD principles and Azure DevOps (conceptual or practical). /li liUnderstanding of microservices architecture and cloud environments. /li liAbility to contribute to automation frameworks and performance testing setups. /li /ul h3Functional Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong organizational and communication skills. /li liDetail‑oriented, analytical, and structured. /li liAutonomous, proactive, and resilient. /li liFast learner with strong problem‑solving skills. /li liTeam‑spirited and collaborative. /li /ul h3Preferred Knowledge, Skills Abilities /h3 ul liExperience with JIRA, Confluence, ReadyAPI (Groovy), Postman. /li liExperience with performance testing (e.g., Gatling). /li liExperience with Elastic Grafana for monitoring. /li liISTQB certification. /li liKnowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Scala, Groovy…). /li liMastery of modern testing tools and QA best practices. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
