National Field Sales Manager
IQVIA is looking forward to welcoming a National Field Sales Manager to lead and empower a team of 3-4 hospital representatives across Belgium, promoting a range of high-quality medicines to rheumatologists, gastroenterologists and dermatologists. What does the job involve?
As National Field Sales Manager, you take the lead in driving business performance in Belgium. Your main responsibilities include:
Operational Sales Leadership
Achieve national sales targets and manage operational budgets.
Analyse regional performance, market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions.
Ensure high‑quality customer visits and elevate commercial excellence across the team.
Team Coaching & People Development
Support and coach a team of hospital representatives through regular field visits.
Conduct duo-visits, provide structured feedback and stimulate continuous development.
Set clear objectives, monitor performance and lead bi‑annual evaluation cycles.
Foster a positive team spirit—you are the “glue” that keeps the team connected, motivated and inspired.
Coordination, Communication & Business Planning
Act as the central point of contact between field teams, internal stakeholders and the client.
Ensure accurate CRM reporting, administrative follow-up and timely material distribution.
Prepare weekly internal follow-up meetings and provide data-driven insights on activity, coverage, order volume, segmentation, hit rates and team performance.
Develop short- and long-term business plans to strengthen market presence.
What do you bring to the table?
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a (para)medical, scientific or commercial field
Proven experience leading, coaching and motivating a sales team
Strong commercial mindset with analytical and organisational skills
Fluent in Dutch & French, with good English proficiency
Hands‑on, flexible and results‑driven approach
Confident communicator and natural people manager who enjoys developing others
