Job Description
* Support the employee lifecycle: onboarding, contract preparation, employment changes, offboarding
* Collaborate closely with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely salary processing
* Maintain HR information systems and ensure data accuracy (absences, benefits, personnel files, reporting)
* Serve as first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, leave, mobility and HR processes
* Draft and review HR documents and internal communications
* Coordinate medical checks, training registrations and performance cycle administration
* Ensure compliance with local labour legislation, internal policies and audit requirements
* Share insights on HR best practices and trends relevant to the consulting environment
* Support HR officers in the implementation of people initiatives (wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, engagement
* activities)
* Assist in continuous improvement and optimisation of HR processes and tools
The Successful Applicant
* A first practical experience in HR administration, payroll support or people operations is an asset
* Excellent command of English plus fluency in French or Dutch
* Strong administrative accuracy, structured workstyle and reliability with confidential data
* Customer-oriented, diplomatic and solution-driven with strong communication skills
* Team player who thrives in a demanding and fast-moving environment
* Flexible mindset and ability to prioritise across multiple tasks
* Excellent MS Office skills and affinity with HR systems (Workday experience is a plus)
